Any Other Business?

Dear All,

Thursday is the new Friday here but security and its demands often complicate my entertainment decision making processes.

Previously, in milder political hotspots, my intake of weekend related beverages was governed by simpler considerations revolving primarily around the issuance of a party permit by my partner, the availability of friends, and the general inclination of the local population with similar lifestyles and restless nocturnal passions.

Here though with tolerance towards such frivolities understandably limited, the formula is much simpler. My overarching goal essentially being to not place myself in any state of affairs where I might be tempted to pelt out the “Come Mr. Taliban, Tale Me Banana, Day Light Coming and Me Want to Go Home” song.

Back in Business

Dear All,

Apologies for the prolonged radio silence I have been on the dark side of the moon.

There is always plenty of business to discuss but moving shop challenges my state and it always takes a little time spiritually and physically to get the band back together.

The very fact that you are reading this is both encouraging and energizing and I am full of grate that you’ve either returned or perhaps stopped by for the first time.

I’ll be cranking out at least a few posts a week and hope to see you back soon.
